Terms of Service

Preview draft. This service is a pre-launch preview running on staging infrastructure, and this document is a draft pending legal review. It will be replaced by a final Terms of Service before commercial launch.

These terms are written in English; translations are provided for convenience only. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version governs.

The Service

a1l.com (“DMARC/25 SPF”) is a hosted SPF control-plane and email infrastructure checkup service — a TwoFive, Inc. product. It serves dynamic SPF answers for domains you configure, provides a management portal for sender authorizations, and offers free email-infrastructure checkups. By using the service you accept these terms.

Acceptable Use

Only add or test domains you own or are authorized to manage.
Do not use the checkup tools to probe third parties, harass anyone, or generate reports for domains you have no relationship with.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or to access other tenants’ data.
Do not use the service to facilitate spam, phishing, or any unlawful activity.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove access that violates these rules.

Preview Service — No Warranty

The service is currently a preview / proof-of-concept provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, and non-infringement. Features marked “coming soon” are not yet available. Do not rely on the preview for production mail flows without your own testing and a fallback plan.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost mail, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the preview service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim — which for the free preview is zero.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service moves from preview to general availability. Significant changes will be announced on our website with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
